Residential service. No static IPv4. No static IPv6. Single non-routable IPv4 provided by DHCP to router which then must use NAT (again). IPv6 uses dhcpv6 PD and returns a /64. Must call ISP support to have IPv6 enabled. Residential support is extremely incompetent and reluctant to escallate.
