Tele2 and Altel are the same company, as Tele2 operates on top of Altel's infrastructure and also through their ASN. Both companies are the oldest mobile operators in Kazakhstan and are currently the most technologically advanced, partly due to the presence of IPv6, 5G, MIMO X4, and others, which are mostly marketing ploys :D. The most important thing is that they provide IPv6.
