It has been created in 2015 as the result of the takeover of each village's own historical cable network operation. Replacement of copper cable with fiber optics has begun and fiber will eventually take over entirely.

Fixed copper and fibre networks originate to the absorptions of Louis Dreyfus Networks and Neuf. Provides IPv6 on current service offerings, but also has legacy services (ADSL, HFC) still active without IPv6 support. Legacy services are due to be retired in the near future.
