Some service is business hybrid fiber/coax. No IPv6 on business service. Possibly higher tiers but could not get a clear answer. Alegedly never supported but worked with older equipment. Must use ISP router for static IPv4 addresses. Currently provided routers have no IPv6 support. Customer support is low competence.

Residential service. No static IPv4. No static IPv6. Single non-routable IPv4 provided by DHCP to router which then must use NAT (again). IPv6 uses dhcpv6 PD and returns a /64. Must call ISP support to have IPv6 enabled. Residential support is extremely incompetent and reluctant to escallate.

Fiber to home. EPON based. ISP provides customer site transponder. Not sure if ISP router must be used (declined when they finally admited no IPv6 for this service tier). First level support is reasonably competant and will promptly escallate if needed.

Residential service is EPON based with fiber to the home where a ISP provided transponder converts to GbE. Sales claimed IPv6 but lied to make the sale. Installer insisted ISP provided router must be used and left it behind even though install was done with customer router. IPv6 PD provides /64 only.

Same website describes EPON business Internet and dedicated Internet. The Dedicated Internet offers SLAs, IPv6 and other normal business Internet features such as rDNS delegation but starts at $300/month (plus static IP, etc). EPON based is shared bandwidth (rarely a problem) but does not offer IPv6. This entry is about dedicated Internet.
